Please be advised that the school will continue using the online learning modality on Friday, October 23, 2025, due to ongoing safety considerations following the recent weather system.
Students are reminded to access the learning resources and revision materials provided on the Google Classroom platform by their subject teachers. These materials will support continued preparation for In-course Test 1. Please note that the In-course Tests will continue in the timetabled order as soon as we are able to resume face-to-face classes.

SAFETY AND SECURITY PROTOCOL
Safety and Security Protocol
Dear Parents and Guardians;
In order to secure the safety of your child, the members of staff and the school’s campus we are reminding you of the school’s Safety and Security Protocol.
We are asking for your cooperation in helping to maintain the safety and security of all parties, by your adhering to the instructions of the security officers when visiting the campus and ensuring that your children are familiar with the rules and regulations of the institution.
Safety and Security Protocol
1. School begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:00 / 2: 30 p.m.
2. Parents/Guardians are not allowed on the campus during school hours except for the following
situations:
- Parents/ Guardians are to attend a meeting with school authority
- Parents/ Guardians are requested (by the school nurse or the school authority) to collect
child/children due to illness
3. Only one individual (parent/guardian) will be allowed on the campus at any time to represent a
student.
- Parents/Guardians must be able to furnish an identification card in order to establish proof of
identity.
4. Parents/ Guardians must inform the security personnel of the reason(s) for visiting the campus and
must wait for the security to be assisted.
5. Parents/Guardians must accompany their child/ward if they are scheduled for a meeting with school authority. Students must not be sent before or ahead of the parents/guardians.

CELLULAR PHONE POLICY

NO STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO USE A CELLULAR PHONE ON THE SCHOOL CAMPUS DURING SCHOOL HOURS, THAT IS, UPON ENTERING THE CAMPUS UNTIL THE END OF SCHOOL (2:00/2:30 PM).

THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT OR LOSS OF ANY CELLULAR PHONE THAT A STUDENT TAKES ONTO THIS CAMPUS.

ANY STUDENT CAUGHT USING A CELLULAR PHONE AT SCHOOL WILL HAVE HIS/HER CELLULAR PHONE CONFISCATED BY A TEACHER.

UPON CONFISCATION OF A CELLULAR PHONE, A RECEIPT MUST BE ISSUED TO THE STUDENT FROM WHOM THE PHONE HAS BEEN TAKEN.

THIS RECEIPT MUST BE COLLECTED BY STUDENT/PARENT.

ONCE A CELLULAR PHONE HAS BEEN CONFISCATED IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE STUDENT’S PARENT /GUARDIAN AT LEAST ONE MONTH AFTER THE DATE OF CONFISCATION PROVIDING THAT THE RECEIPT IS PRODUCED.

IF A STUDENT BREACHES THIS RULE FOR A SECOND TIME DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR THEN THE PHONE WILL BE CONFISCATED FOR AT LEAST FOUR MONTHS, STUDENTS WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR TWO DAYS AND THIS VIOLATION RECORDED ON THE STUDENT’S PERMANENT FILE.

ANY STUDENT WHOSE PHONE IS CONFISCATED MUST NOT CALL A PARENT ONTO THE CAMPUS.

STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE AIRBUDS/EARPODS DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. THE SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THAT IS LOST OR STOLEN ON THE COMPOUND.
